For the past 18 months Indigo Wireless has been diligently working on THE NEW INDIGO NETWORK. This new network represents an investment of over $4 Million Dollars and will provide Indigo Wireless and our customers the latest available Wireless Technology! Some of the smaller pieces have been happening over the past three months but the largest part of the upgrade began December 7, 2009.
The first noticeable change for everyone is a new voicemail box. When you access your mailbox you will be prompted to set up your new voicemail account including a new password and new greetings. The new voicemail system has a number of enhanced features but most importantly, it’s faster! You also will have the ability to create and send mail to groups or lists and the length of the incoming message is now increased as well.
This is only one of the new enhancements to the New Indigo Wireless Network. In the coming weeks we will be adding more features and improvements. Some of the things coming soon are:
Picture Messaging – All Indigo Customers will be receiving FREE picture messaging for three months.
Better Coverage – Our new network is allowing us to improve the actual performance of our towers.
No Dropped Calls – The new Network has new advanced monitoring so we will know immediately if there is a problem anywhere in the Indigo Network.
Better Voice quality – The New Network incorporates the latest technology to produce the best possible call quality.
Faster Data Speeds - Indigo Wireless currently offers some of the fastest data speeds for a 2.5G data network. With our new network our 2.5 G speeds will be even faster and we now have the ability to move to 3G and even 4G with our new network.
24 Hour per day Monitoring – As a part of the New Indigo Wireless Network we have contracted with a professional systems monitoring company in New York who will provide around the clock monitoring for the performance of our network.
New Coverage - We have some new coverage coming very soon for areas that currently have no coverage at all from any cellular company.
All of these improvements and enhancements added to the best customer service and the best value available in wireless is what makes Indigo Wireless the right choice in a wireless company for today and the future.
